Terms of use and sale

Purpose

These terms apply to the use of AfriPilot (https://afripilot.net) and to the subscription, sold by ServAfrica. By creating an account or paying, you accept them.

Free trial

Each account gets a 7-day free trial, once only, with no payment method required.

Prices and access

The subscription costs €19.90 per month or €179 per year, all taxes included.

Each payment opens access for one month or twelve months, added to your current end date. There is no automatic debit.

We notify you by email 7 days and 2 days before the due date, then on the day itself. Without a new payment, access is suspended until the next payment; your account data is kept.

What is included

The subscription gives access to AfriPilot: guides, action plan, tools, alerts, community, media library and assistant. Also included at no extra cost: country comparison, the “Ready to invest in Africa?” audit and the launch checklists for every sector, as they open.

Benefits at ServAfrica

During a paid, active subscription (not during the trial), a subscriber signed in to their account automatically gets 25% off the other products of the ServAfrica shop (country files, packs, sector Invest Check, simulator credits). This discount does not apply to ServAfrica Gestion and cannot be combined with another promotion.

ServAfrica Gestion is offered to subscribers at €4.90 per month or €49 per year, instead of €9.90 and €99.

Online use

Everything included in or linked to the subscription is used online, linked to your account, and cannot be downloaded. The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Reselling, distributing or extracting the content is prohibited.

Right of withdrawal

By paying, you request immediate access to the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal from the start of access. A period already paid is not refunded.

Community

In the community, everyone remains responsible for their messages. Unlawful, abusive or misleading content, unsolicited advertising and sharing other people's personal data are prohibited. We may remove a message or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Liability

AfriPilot is an aid to preparation and decision-making. Information is sourced and dated but may change; it does not replace the competent authorities or a professional (doctor, lawyer, notary, tax or financial adviser). AfriPilot guarantees no result.

Applicable law and languages

These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of residence. If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@servafrica.fr: we prefer an amicable solution.

These terms exist in 8 languages; in case of any difference, the French version prevails. They may change: the applicable version is the one in force on the day of payment.
