ServAfrica, publisher of AfriPilot, based in Germany. Contact: contact@servafrica.fr (write “GDPR” in the subject). We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Without an account: your data stays on your device

Your project profile, plan, documents, budget, saved places and tool entries are kept in your browser. They are not sent to us.

A few preference cookies remember your language, destination and display currency. No advertising cookies are used.

Technical data

Like any website, the server receives the IP address and technical browser information on each visit. The country of connection is used only to suggest a default currency; it is not stored.

Assistant questions left unanswered

When the assistant finds no answer, the question is passed on so we can identify missing content. It is cleaned first: email addresses, links, phone numbers and identifiers are removed. Only the cleaned text, language, destination and day are kept, with no link to your account or IP address.

With an account

Account and sync: email address, language, currency and your project data, with Supabase, in the European Union, for as long as the account exists.

Payments: amount, currency, reference and status. Your card or mobile money data is processed by the payment provider, never by AfriPilot.

Emails: end of trial, end of your access period and reminders you asked for, sent through Brevo. Each reminder contains an unsubscribe link.

Third-party services

Videos are served by Cloudflare and city photos by Wikimedia Commons: these services receive your IP address when you display them.

We never sell, rent or monetise your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict processing, object to it or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@servafrica.fr. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact a data protection authority.

Languages and updates

This policy will change with the service, in particular when accounts and payments open. This page exists in 8 languages; in case of any difference, the French version prevails.
